Shipping
Shipping will be via a specialized carrier. The carrier will be chosen based on the destination of the goods to offer the most efficient service. The exact cost will be indicated during the purchase process after providing the shipping information.

Delivery times and methods
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for shipments within Italy, 10 to 12 business days for international shipments within the European Union, and 18 to 20 business days for international shipments outside the European Union. From the moment payment is received and the order confirmation is received, www.bbqspark.it reserves 1 to 3 days to process the order and entrust the purchased products to the fastest available carrier. We do everything possible to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible; however, www.bbqspark.it is not responsible for any delays attributable to the delivery carrier. To simplify order management, some items are produced at the time of ordering, which requires additional time; delivery times typically vary from 10 to 12 business days. On-demand production reduces the environmental impact and emissions related to transportation and production. For orders containing multiple products, multiple shipments may be made using different carriers and at different times.

Stocks and Returns .
In the event of a failed collection or delivery, the courier will make three additional delivery attempts, after which the product will be returned to the sender. From the second delivery attempt onward, the customer will be required to share storage costs.
If the recipient is not found after 3 attempts, the goods will be returned to the sender with shipping charges and no promotion (e.g. free shipping) will be applied to the first shipment.
